The Job Placement and Training provides vocational training and employment assistance to qualified and eligible San Carlos Apache adults and to assure that the training and placement leads to job preparation and attainment while enhancing self sufficiency.
Program Requirements are as follows:
- Must be an enrolled member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe
- Reside on or near the San Carlos Apache Reservation
- Must be 18-35 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma (2.0 GPA) or GED Certificate
- Must be in need of training, Unemployed or under-employed
- Must complete the Career Scope assessment testing
- Complete program application
- Must apply for FAFSA (Student Aid Report)
Financial Need of applicant is determined by the FAFSA and Tribal Needs Analysis. Complete applications and school information available at the JP&T office.
